Terms and Conditions

If sessions are not confirmed by the client at least 24 hours in advance the tutor and client are not obligated to attend, also there will be no charge. Confirmed tutoring sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to not be charged for the session. This allows the tutor to fill the slot with another client.

Special Certified Tutor’s tutors are independent contractors. Special Certified Tutor is not responsible for what or how a tutor chooses to teach. What is taught in a session is negotiated with the client by the tutor. Special Certified Tutor does not perform evaluations of any kind on the tutor. Special Certified Tutor does have proof of certifications as well as background checks on each tutor and reserves the right to perform intermittent background checks on a tutor at any time to maintain a safe environment for all involved.
