Mrs. Rasmussen

         My name is Michelle Rasmussen, and I have been teaching for sixteen years.  I have a bachelor of science in elementary education K-8 and an emphasis in special education K-12.  My passion is teaching early literacy K-3. I also enjoy teaching elementary math K-3.  I am a huge proponent of the science of reading.  I know that the science of reading is imperative in teaching students to learn to read.  I thoroughly enjoy helping students succeed in meeting their academic goals.  With years of experience working in the classroom, I understand students' needs and strive to find the best approach to boosting their grades and confidence.  I am a kind, caring, and supportive teacher.
